These entrées are included with the purchase of your dinner and show ticket.

Kahlúa Pulled Pork:

Coffee rubbed smoked pulled pork offered with Thai coconut rice and our seasonal vegetables.

Blackened Grilled Chicken:
Grilled chicken breast marinated in blackening seasoning acompanied by house mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Pad Thai:
Rice noodles tossed with snap peas, carmelized red onion and roasted red peppers in a soy ginger sauce topped with a sweet soy reduction and cilantro. (Add chicken for $3, steak for $5 sea bass or shrimp for $6)

Entrée Salad:
Fresh spinach tossed with manderin oranges, fresh blackberries, and red onion. Topped with crispy asian noodles and served with a cilantro lime vinagrette. (Add chicken for $3, sea bass or shrimp for $6 or steak for $5)

Island Style Mahi Mahi:
Tempura battered Mahi Mahi, offered with a tangy asian slaw and 5 spice tartar sauce over pub fries.

Children's Entrees:
We offer Chicken Nuggets, Mac & Cheese or Noodles with Butter and Parmesen Cheese along with a choice of seasonal vegetables, pub fries or mash.

A 12-ounce cut of aged USDA Choice beef is seasoned and slow-roasted. Served with a baked potato and chef’s
choice of vegetables.

A 6-ounce hand-cut filet grilled-to-order, served with mashed potatoes, roasted tomato basil butter, and chef’s
choice of vegetables.

New York Strip - $11
An 8-ounce hand-cut New York Strip grilled-to-order, topped with a bacon butter and
served with mashed potatoes and chef’s choice of vegetables.

Fresh Caught Corvina: - $9
Sea bass grilled to perfection and topped with a garlic infused cilantro butter and served on a bed of thai coconut rice with seasonal vegetables.


For an additional $8 we are proud to offer our award-winning, made-from-scratch desserts ordered before the show and served at intermission

Dark fudge cake with chocolate mousse covered with a chocolate ganache.

Toasted Almond Cheesecake:
A Midtown specialty! Almond chunks snuggled inside a creamy cheesecake filling.

Midtown Sundae:
Midown Sundae: Coconut Pineapple ice cream made locally at Walrus ice cream, topped with candied pecans, dried pineapple, house cherries and homemade coconut syrup.

Blueberry Bread Pudding:
House made creamy bread pudding mixed with blueberries, white chocolate chips and topped with homemade
coconut syrup.

Grand Marnier Creme Brulee:
A creamy vanilla custard with carmelized raw sugar and a hint of orange.

Chocolate Mousse Parfait:
House made decadent chocolate mousse layered with white chocolate and topped with a honey orange sauce.
