Barbeque Twin Pork Shanks: Oven roasted in a Memphis-inspired barbeque sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.

Chicken Parmesan: Breaded and fried chicken breast smothered in a tasty tomato sauce, and covered in mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Served with garlic bread and steamed vegetables.

Pasta Alfredo**: Tender pasta tossed ina creamy parmesan-butter sauce, topped with tomatoes and grilled chicken (sub shrimp for an additional charge).

Entrée Salad**: Local lettuce medley mixed with chopped green olives, ripe tomatoes, shaved onion, artichoke hearts, and house balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with feta cheese and grilled chicken. (sub shrimp for an additional charge).

Grey Goose Vodka, Peach Schnaaps, Sprite, lemonade, and pureed strawberries are shaken together to create a delicious cocktail, topped with whipped cream. This drink is sure to give you

This delicious combination of Svedka Vanilla Vodka, St. Brendan’s Irish Cream, Creme De Cocoa, and hot coffee make a perfect intermission drink!
