APPETIZERS

Add a mouth watering appetizer to your experience for an additional charge.

Parmesan Spinach Artichoke Dip: A creamy spinach and artichoke dip served with crudités and thin, wheat crisps.

Fresh Caprese Salad*: A classic fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil salad, topped with a balsamic drizzle and freshly cracked pepper.

Shrimp Cocktail*: Eight jumbo shrimp chilled, peeled, and deveined. Served with tangy cocktail sauce.

Fried Calamari: Battered and fried golden brown calamari served with a lemon pepper aioli.

SPECIALTY ENTREES

May be ordered for an additional charge and subject to limited availability.

Rosemary and Garlic Filet*: Served medium-rare, a six ounce USDA Choice beef tenderloin basted with rosemary garlic butter. Served alongside garlic truffle oil mashed potatoes, and seasoned green beans.

Grilled Salmon*: A grilled salmon filet glazed with a honey-wasabi marinade, topped with an Asian pear and microgreen salad. Served with seasoned green beans and garlic truffle oil mashed potatoes.

Paprika Buttered Twin Lobster Tail*: Twin four ounce tender paprika buttered lobster tails Served with seasoned green beans and garlic truffle mashed potatoes. A single four ounce lobster tail may be added to any entree for an additional charge.

Surf and Turf*: Six ounce medium-rare rosemary and garlic filet, paired with a delicious four ounce paprika butter lobster tail. Served with seasoned green beans and garlic truffle mashed potatoes.

DESSERTS

For an additional charge we are proud to offer our award-winning desserts ordered before the show and served at intermission.

Chocolate Sinful Cake: Two layers of rich chocolate cake sandwiched between milk and white chocolate filling, and then drizzled with even more white chocolate. Go ahead… you’ll be forgiven!

Toasted Almond Cheesecake: Almond chunks snuggled inside a creamy cheesecake filling with a graham cracker, coconut, and toasted almond crust.

Warm Apple Pie: Always fresh and always delicious, warm apple pie drizzled in a delicious carmel sauce. Make it a la mode for $1.50 more!

New York Style Cheesecake: Irresistibly creamy with a graham cracker crust, topped with strawberry glaze

Ice Cream Sundae*: Vanilla ice cream generously topped with whipped cream. Served with a side of warm chocolate ganache, and of course a cherry on top!

ENTREES

Tangy Twin Pork Shanks*: Oven-roasted tender pork shanks in a sweet and spicy sriracha inspired glaze. Served with a seasoned green beans and garlic truffle mashed potatoes.

Four-Piece Fried Chicken: Juicy bone-in, golden fried chicken, served with a seasoned green beans and garlic truffle mashed potatoes.

Creamy Pesto Tortellini**: Cheese-stuffed tortellini pasta, coated in a creamy pesto and cherry tomato sauce, topped with parmesan and a fresh parsley garnish.

Hominy Entrée Salad**: A bed of crisp romaine, topped with red onion, tomato, avocado, and cayenne dusted hominy. Served with a chili lime vinaigrette.

SPECIALTY BEVERAGES

May be ordered for an additional charge.

Aquarius: Bacardi coconut rum, orange juice, grenadine, and blue curacao, swirled into a kaleidoscope of colors and served on the rocks.

Let the Sun Shine In: A drink as refreshing as summer sunshine. Mint muddle, Maker’s Mark bourbon, lemonade, served on the rocks.

Tie-Dye-Tini: Get into the groove with an orange creamsicle martini with psychedelic-colored swirls on the glass.

Trippy Toffee Coffee: Something sweet and sinful for dessert. Piping hot coffee, toffee syrup, and amaretto liqueur, topped with whipped cream.
