Our address is 3750 S. Mason Ft. Collins, CO 80525. We are located near the southwest corner of College and Horsetooth

When should I arrive at the theatre?

The lobby and bar open at 5:30 for evening performances, 11:30 for matinee shows. We ask that guests arrive no later than 6:30pm/12:30pm to ensure they receive the meal in time. For Sweeney Todd we ask that guests arrive promptly by 6pm/12pm to enjoy the full show.

Where do I find my tickets to the theatre?

If you selected e-mail as your delivery method your tickets were sent as a .pdf attachment in your order confirmation email. They were sent from the e-mail address boxoffice@midtownartscenter.com. If you selected Will Call they will be in the box office when you arrive at the theater.

What is included in my ticket?

All tickets are “Dinner and Show” unless specified otherwise.  Our included entree’s can be found on our menu page.  Appetizers, dessert, premium entree’s and beverages will be billed to the table at intermission.

Do I need to pre-order my food?

Our wait staff will be happy to take your order when you arrive at the theatre. You will have a choice of several entrée’s included in your ticket price as well as our specialty entrée’s that come at an additional charge. Find our current menu here.

Is there a dress code?

Midtown does not have a dress code but we do appreciate when our customers dress nicely to attend the theatre.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Our wait staff and kitchen staff are trained to accommodate most dietary restrictions. If you have a unique allergy call the box office at least 24 hours ahead of time so they can speak to our kitchen staff and do our best to have a solution for you. Typical sensitivities like gluten, dairy, vegetarian do not need advance notice.

When will the show begin and end?

Our preshow begins at 7:15/1:15 and the show begins at 7:30pm for evening performances and 1:30pm for matinee performances in our MainStage dinner theatre. Sweeney Todd will begin promptly at 6pm and 12pm. Check out the specific page of the show you are seeing to see the approximate show run time for a specific show or performance. What if I am unable to attend a performance?

All tickets are considered a non-refundable final sale. Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same production. Single ticket buyers must give 72 hours notice for an exchange; season ticket holders must give 24 hours notice. Requests made outside of these parameters will not be honored and tickets will be considered redeemed.

How do I decide if a show is appropriate for my family?

You can go to the specific show page under the shows and tickets menu and click on details and tickets. If you are unsure you can always call the box office for more details.

What time does Broadway Brunch start?

Doors for Broadway Brunch open at 9:30AM and seating begins at 10:00AM.  The performance begins at 10:30.

What is included in my Broadway Brunch ticket?

Broadway Brunch tickets include our bottomless buffet, bottomless coffee and bottomless mimosa’s for our patrons over 21.  Our Bloody Mary bar starts at $6.

What days of the week does Midtown have shows?

Midtown’s Mainstage has performances Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights and Sunday matinee performances nearly every week of the year.  You can expect even more performances around the holidays!


How do I book my season tickets?

You have two options when redeeming your season tickets:

1) Booking Seats Online (Click on the text for instructions)

2)  Calling the box office (970)-225-2555.

How early can I book my dates for each show?

As soon as you have season tickets you can book for the next year!
