Theatre One
Overview
Midtown Arts Center newest performing arts venue opens December 1, 2011! This 200-seat auditorium is the future home of The Children’s Theatre at Midtown while serving as the recital hall for The Academy at Midtown Arts Center. Through a gracious partnership with Colorado State University, Theatre One has benefitted from the reuse of many fixtures and assets of the former Lory Student Center Theatre. The 25’wide, 20’ deep and 16’ high proscenium stage is the perfect location for local community performing arts companies and schools to use on a rental basis. Corporations and organizations will find it beneficial for lectures, meetings and presentations. Theatre One is a key aspect to the mission of Midtown Arts Center to be south Fort Collins’ center for Entertainment, Events and Education.
